My family stayed here for my sisters wedding. What a beautiful hotel and the hosts are equally amazing. Clean, well kept, historic and overall a great stay. Although we were not staying with here, they let my children participate in the events here. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a work trip on early May and the stay was divine. It's is a small very old hotel, with an ancient vintage (very well maintained) elevator with the manual door and big sturdy keys for the room doors. Staff is attentive and personally desicated to freibdly interaction with guests. Lee was the constant presence, and everyone else was just as perfect. The location was also ideal and we were able to get a great taste of the city and mostly get around on foot

A Truly Enchanting Stay at The Biltmore Greensboro! Our recent 3-night stay at The Biltmore Greensboro in mid-April 2025 was absolutely perfect for our daughter's wedding festivities. We were looking for a charming, boutique hotel close to local attractions, and a place where we could comfortably entertain family and guests – The Biltmore delivered on all fronts and then some! From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the hotel's unique character and antique decor. The "run of the house" package gave us a delightful surprise, and our room felt like a step back in time, in the best possible way. Even the old elevator added to the charm, reminding us of something out of a Wes Anderson film like "The Grand Budapest Hotel." What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible staff. As my husband fondly nicknamed them, "Brian, Lee, and Tim" – or **BLT** – along with the entire team, treated us more like visiting family than hotel guests. Their warmth and attentiveness were outstanding. The amenities were fantastic too. We enjoyed interesting and delicious breakfasts each morning, and the evening wine social was a lovely touch. They even went above and beyond by organizing and catering an evening cocktail reception for our guests, which made entertaining effortless. Our three nights at The Biltmore Greensboro were completely stress-free, allowing us to fully focus on the joy of our daughter's wedding. We can't speak highly enough of this hidden gem and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Greensboro. We're already looking forward to our next stay when we come back to visit the newlyweds!

The Biltmore Greensboro Hotel was such a lovely place to stay. I really enjoyed the historic feel throughout the lounge, hallways, and our room. The interior had so much character, with artistic touches and a warm, emotional charm that made the whole place feel special. I loved the bookshelves on each floor, filled with old volumes that made you feel the history of the building. A big thank-you to Zoi from the staff for sharing some of the hotel's backstory with us, which made the experience even more memorable. All the concierges were also very welcoming and helpful. The location was another highlight. It’s right by South Elm Street, with tons of great cafés, bars, restaurants, and small shops — perfect for wandering around. Breakfast was simple but really good — the waffles, coffee, and tea hit the spot, and even the plates and cups were beautifully chosen. If you like places with a bit of soul and charm, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
